Which photos hold the cut
The match cut only works if both faces survive every beat. Front light, one subject, no sunglasses. This page is the checklist. The pictures below are drawings of the rules, not examples of your upload.
What works, and what fails
Front and lit
Eyes visible. Even light. One adult face.
Sunglasses
The eyes are the anchor. Hide them and the face slips.
Side face
A profile gives the model half a face to invent.
Too dark
A face in shadow becomes a new person in the next beat.
Slot A, slot B, and swap
Slot A holds the gun. Slot B has turned. If you want the other person to be the survivor, swap. The labels move with the photos. The pet switch applies only to B, and only when B is an animal.
You need a photo of a real person for A, and a second photo for B. This flow is not a stock-face generator. Both people need to be adults who said yes. No strangers, no celebrities, no minors.
Why faces drift
Faces drift when each beat is a new generation with a loose prompt. The model invents a slightly different person, and the edit has to hide it. A product built for this trend keeps the same two photos as the reference for every beat. That is the design, not a measurement we can show you today.
